Light Roasts
We roast fresh coffee Monday through Thursday. Please order before 10 am EST to get your coffee shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 am EST will be fulfilled the following roast day. We are closed for major holidays and the occasional snowstorm. We are located in Vermont and USPS does not guarantee their 1-3 day delivery times but most packages will arrive in that time frame depending on the destination.

San Cristobal works with over 260 growing farmers clustered around the extinct volcano, Cerro San Juan. The micro climate and volcanic soil give this coffee its bright, floral and citrus flavors.
