Our very own Espresso Decaf blends two chemical free, water processed, South American decaf coffees for a smooth and creamy decaffeinated espresso shot and a sweet citrusy finish.

Green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. Unlike decaffeination processes that use chemicals, the beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor.

Winds blow across the cool waters, the rain is plentiful, and the soil is rich, all contributing factors to the varying microclimates and cup profiles from this area.
